I've known Gary since 2004 and he has been as great of a friend as he has been a coach. He has a great eye for detail as well as a calm and patient demeanor. This is a great balance to my and vivacious personality! :)

His genuine concern and sound advice have made working with him a
delight. Although not well-known in the coaching world, Gary's has been successful in improving speed, strength, power, and technique in limited time.
